1. First Stage Performance: The vendor shall prepare all the target goods within 180 days from the day following the agency's notification, and notify the agency in writing to conduct the first-stage inspection. 2. Second Stage Performance: The vendor shall, within 25 days from the day following the agency's notification, deliver the target goods to the locations designated by the agency according to the "115-Year List of Procurement Quantities and Performance Locations for Each Branch." Additionally, the vendor shall provide education and training for the personnel receiving and assembling the goods at the requesting units (each session lasting at least 2 hours). The vendor shall prepare teaching materials and assign professional technicians (technical staff) to conduct practical courses on equipment operation, maintenance, and other hands-on training. 3. The vendor shall, within 14 days after completing the education and training, submit the materials specified in Article 12, Section 2, to this branch.
