【On-site inspection】1. The scope of work of this procurement project is located within the airport control area, and its operating hours and regulations are different from ordinary procurement cases. It is recommended that the manufacturer sends personnel to the site for inspection during the period of this procurement announcement. If the manufacturer cannot go to the site for inspection, it will be deemed that the manufacturer has fully understood and was fully satisfied with all the bidding documents and supplementary instructions and participated in the bidding. If any losses to the agency or the manufacturer are caused during the performance of the contract in the future, the manufacturer will be solely responsible. 2. Please read the bidding documents carefully for the relevant provisions of this procurement. 2. If the manufacturer has any doubts about the contents of the bidding documents, he should submit them in writing to this agency before the deadline of one-quarter of the waiting period (one day is less than one day). This period starts from the announcement date or the date of invitation to bid. The period for this agency to resolve doubts shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 43, Item 3 of the Implementing Rules of the Government Procurement Act. 3. Electronic bid collection:(1) In this case, all bids will be collected electronically through the system website (http://web.pcc.gov.tw), but any copying, plagiarism, reprinting or tampering is not allowed. (2) Manufacturers that adopt electronic bid collection shall pay the system usage fee announced in the "Electronic Bid Collection System" for government procurement.4. Principles for handling the suspension of bidding and bid opening operations for any reason:(1) If the deadline for bidding (the agency’s location: Taipei City) stops working for any reason and the original deadline for bidding or collection is not reached, the deadline for bidding or collection will be postponed to the same deadline for bidding or collection on the next business day; the bid opening date will be postponed to the same time for opening the bid on the next business day as the original bid opening date. (2) If the deadline for bidding (the agency's location: Taipei City) is working normally, but the bid opening date (the agency's location: Taipei City) stops working for some reason and the bid cannot be opened as scheduled, the bid opening will be postponed to the same time on the next business day.5. If the funds required for this case have not been reviewed and approved by the Legislative Yuan or have been partially deleted, they may be handled in accordance with Article 64 of the Government Procurement Act. 6. The place where bid documents are collected in this case is located within the control area of Songshan Airport. Bidding documents delivered in person must be collected by the agency. The operation is time-consuming. Bidders should arrive at the agency building (No. 362, Binjiang St., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 105074, Taiwan (R.O.C.) )30 minutes before the deadline for bidding and notify the contact person by phone (contact person and phone number: 02-87702123 MCC value class staff), the contact person will go to gate to collect the goods. If the bidder fails to deliver the bid to the collection location on time and the general office receives the document, the bidder shall be responsible for it.7. If there are any unfinished matters in this bid, they shall be handled in accordance with the Government Procurement Law and relevant regulations.
